Refund policy

Returns
Due to the nature of our products. All sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

Refunds / Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • An item arrives damaged or defective, OR
  • The wrong item was sent in your order.

To request a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@izem.co. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

If approved, we’ll issue a replacement shipment or refund the original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues once the package has been handed off to the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help track or resolve a shipment problem.

Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

Final Sale Items
Gift cards, sale items, and subscription boxes are final sale and not eligible for refund or return.
