Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all U.S. states. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via UPS. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Local Delivery (Los Angeles Only)
For customers in Los Angeles, we offer local delivery by the izem van on weekends.

• Orders must be placed by Thursday at 9 PM PST for weekend delivery.
• Delivery window: Fridays 10 AM – 6 PM.
• You will be contacted to confirm your delivery time.

Same-Day Delivery (Los Angeles Only)
Need it sooner? Same-day courier delivery is available within Los Angeles for an additional fee. Orders must be placed by 12 PM PST for same-day delivery. Contact concierge for more info at concierge@izem.co.

Shipping Restrictions
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot ship to states where hemp-derived cannabinoids are restricted. If your shipping address falls in one of these states, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@izem.co. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
