Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via UPS. Tracking is sent once your order is fulfilled. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout; orders over $98 qualify for free standard shipping.

For IZEM van weekend delivery, order by Thursday at 9 PM PST. The delivery window is Friday, 10 AM–6 PM, and we’ll contact you to confirm your delivery time. Same-day courier delivery in Los Angeles is available for an additional fee for orders placed by 12 PM PST. Email concierge@izem.co for details.

All sales are final. Opened or used items cannot be returned, and exchanges are not offered. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email concierge@izem.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Gift cards, sale items, and subscription boxes are not eligible for refund or return.
